Dear Journal,

We have stopped for a rest break and my company 
is taking this time to sleep and clean our 
weapons. I thought I'd take the time to write 
some more in this book. We haven't been very 
active these last few days and my mind is
beginning to think on what I'm going to do after 
the war is over. Maybe I'll go back home and 
start that clothing business I've always wanted 
to start. Maybe I'll try to stay in the Army. 
I'm not quite sure what to do yet. 

Oh, last thing I heard was that we're going to 
pursue Lee's army into the Wilderness. I am
actually looking forward to teaching those Rebs 
a lesson that they will never forget.
