I am a female in my forties, and work as an Administrative Assistant at Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Michigan. I work in the Global Customs Compliance and Operations Department. We are responsible for duties and compliance of the vehicles imported and exported from and into the United States. I communicate with many people from countries like, Australia, New Zealand, Venezuela, Taiwan, Brazil, Argentina, Canada, Mexico, and the United States. I also partner and work part-time with my mother in a small Bookkeeping & Tax Service business where I do bookkeeping and taxes.

I like almost all sports. My favorites are bowling, football, hockey, and baseball. I am an avid bowler averaging around 190.

One of my best friends is Donna Urton who has been your Abraham Lincoln. Donna and I partner in all the bowling tournaments. It was because of Donna that I first got interested in the Civil War. I visited Gettysburg with her after watching the movie and it just blossomed from there. I have been to Gettysburg twice and am planning a third visit for re-enactment days on July 4.

I also like computers and the internet. I have re-built a 486 into a Pentium. I learned HTML language and can write home pages for the Internet. Part of my job at Ford is doing the Customs Home Page within the Ford Intranet.

I am single and still live with my parents. My father is very ill and requires constant care. I work with my mother and help her out. I have never been married. I have a golden retreiver and yellow lab mix dog named Amber. Amber is my child! I love all animals. I also enjoy reading, cross-stitching and I am a ventriloquist. At one time I was studying in college to be a teacher. I used to teach Sunday School and Pioneer Clubs at my church (I like children). As you can see I have many different interests and keep very busy with my different activities.
